 Dr. Michael D. Sturt
Dr. Sturt wants to live in a world where everyone’s dental health needs are met without concerns of fear, pain, insurance, or finances interfering with their care.
As a dentist, he’s been awarded The Best of the Fox several times for the best dentist in McHenry County. He’s held numerous positions with the McHenry County Dental Society starting as a board member, then becoming secretary, treasurer, Vice President, President-Elect, and President. He’s also still actively involved in the McHenry County Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society (CDS), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), American Dental Association (ADA), and Delta Sigma Delta (graduate chapter dental fraternity) to stay on the cutting edge in the dental community. 
When he’s not caring for his patients’ dental health, you can find him spending time with his wife, 2 children, and house full of pets, including a dog, cats, rabbit, rat, leopard gecko, and a 5-foot snake! If he’s not playing with teeth or hanging out with the family, Dr. Sturt loves sports, especially baseball, coffee, Halloween, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!
He’s known for his honest, compassionate, thorough, care delivered with quick-witted, entertaining, and humorous family-friendly jokes as well as 80’s and sports trivia questions. He takes pride in his office coffee bar, decorating the office for Halloween himself (takes an entire weekend), regularly passes out interesting treats to the team members, and encourages all aged patients to grab a reward from his gigantic treasure chest – that doesn’t have an age limit!
